I installed the portal with my elderly parents early this year. They are not internet wise. Please note that I would like to give the following feedback.

The handheld controller is too small. My father has a shaky hand, and his thumb straddles both the central button and the external circle. The number of times he has managed to call two seperate contacts is comical. It would be useful for the home button and the select button to be very brightly coloured. Having every button the same is confusing to him. I have painted the home with bright paint and stuck a nodule on the select button to help. Also when you select a contact it enlarges, changing the colour would help, my father does not see the change in size. I am sure that the idea of this was to help the older generation, but sometimes I wish I had never thought that this would be a good idea
