Shockingly Bad Customer Service
Portal have the worst, customer service offering of any company I have used in modern times, especially for a tech company like yourselves.
Your AI bots, although seem rather good to start with cannot help at all when manual intervention is required, and once this is needed, the conversation reaches a dead end, and any chance of resolving an issue is gone.
Really really bad. I would not recommend anyone thinking of purchasing this device to do so.
