On devices that don't support wifi 6, don't display wifi 6 networks as options to connect
The current generation of Portal devices doesn't support wifi 6 (at least, not with the current firmware). However, when scanning wifi networks to connect to, Portal still lists wifi 6 networks and allows the user to type a password and attempt to connect. Then, the connection fails with a generic message. This is confusing for users who simply set up a current generation router with default settings, since it's unclear why Portal can't connect. Ideally, Portal would either hide wifi 6 networks from the network list or otherwise indicate the reason for the connection failure so the user knows what the problem is.
