So far this new app is inconsistent and unreliable. We all have friends and family who might want to call us from their laptops rather than their phones. They are understandably downloading the new Facebook messenger app for windows. However it seems that portal doesn’t always recognise incoming calls from the app. It seems it works from some laptops but not others - older / lower spec ones I think. So far 2 out of 3 we’ve tried from have failed for us. Please fix this so your software talks to each other. Or at least warn people if that app won’t work properly on their laptop. Thanks
