Need better support for multiple portals within the same household (especially for the elderly)
My 94 year old mom got a portal TV and a portal Mini for Christmas. She added both devices to her facebook account, but if she uses the Mini for a chat and later goes to use the portal TV, it is disconnected from her account and she needs to re-activate the portal TV with an activation code. If she then later (or next day) goes to use the Mini, it is deactivated because she used the portal TV.
Why can't either portal device be used without deactivating the other? they are both on the same wifi network, so facebook's security shouldn't be an issue.
It is troublesome enough to have to constantly re-activate a portal device, but this is something that is also aimed at senior citizens and to ask my 94 year old mom to have to re-activate and put in a code everytime she wants to use a portal (which became deactivated because she used a different portal in her own household prior) is unacceptable. Thank God she's tech savvy.
facebook, get this fixed.
