They don't mention anywhere that a browser is not available on Portal TV, meaning that I have wasted well over an hour on your support chat and reset my Portal TV (as instructed by the support agent) for no reason, because I didn't have the websites or browser options specified on the support pages. Extremely frustrating!! I searched for info and these pages came up, they said 'hello [my name]' so it's easy to presume the site knows which device you have and is giving you relevant information.

I have to agree, I have spent a few days calling Amazon and contacting the Portal Support and no one was able to answer my question; Does the Portal TV Support a Browser or YouTube. On a freak, random chance I spoke to the Portal TV and it opened something pertaining to YouTube, but after it I reset to factory, it disappeared. Amazon sent a replacement, because they also thought it had the ability to support a browser & YouTube and when the second device arrived, it did not.
