Clearer communications with issues
I had experienced problems with using an employee referral code. Raises it to support and it took over a week to be answered. I had also clearly stated that I needed an answer fairly soon as it was for my Aunt. It took longer than the 3 business days it should normally take. I chased after 3 days and again after a week and that was when it was finally answered (when I chased up).
Also, I am not able to use the referral code which would actually make the product cheaper than the current ongoing promo which is also ridiculous.
As a result I have now opted not to buy a portal.
