i was wondering , as you aim this product at the elderly , would it not be an idea to make it more age friendly. I have purchased 2 to mount on my tv and my elderly mother, who has Parkinsons , firstly the packaging is terrible to open , i have arthritis as do a lot of older people , what a job releasing it from firstly the plastic cover then having to virtually destroy the packaging for the item to slide out . Apart from fighting through more plastic we reach the remote , wow what joke the whole thing is too small and fiddly . Do you have or know of a remote more suited to the elderly user , trying to use it when a call comes in, as it is slippery, and you do not want to miss the call can be quite frustrating
