I have an elderly (shut-in, wheelchair bound) father-in-law that we have been using a Portal for his out-of-state family to call and speak with and see him in his care facility. He is completely unable attend to his device to troubleshoot it, check the status of it, change pictures, etc. I would like to submit a request that in cases like this, someone in the family can have more admin controls via the Portal app to help control the device. The ability to check on the online status, upload/change rotating pictures, restart the device, check/change volumes etc, would be very helpful. Thanks!
