I purchased a Portal on August 28th of this year. When I did not receive it I contacted customer service who advised me that I would be contacted. I was told that they do not ship to a PO box so I advised them to ship to the address without the PO Box. I waited until the latter part of September and again communicated with customer service. I advised them I was moving to Nova Scotia so have the Portal shipped to Nova Scotian address. Since then I have waited, called customer service so many times I have lost track of the number, been promised the world and it is now November 10th 2021 and again I was in conversation with customer service and was again promised it would be looked after. I have purchased through Facebook Portal and other places at least 9 Portals plus the one that never seems to arrive and I am totally frustrated with Customer Service. I have asked many times too speak to either a supervisor or manager and all to no avail. At one time I was impressed with this but now the reality of Facebook comes clearly through in that they care for nothing but the money but will not look after the customer.
