Do not use Yodel as a courier service in the UK
By far the worse courier service experience I’ve ever had. It was supposed to be an express delivery option and instead it was never delivered. I sent a Portal as a gift to a friend and they had to go to the local delivery depot on their own to pick it up. Expected delivery date was stuck to the same date for over a week.
Their website design is horrible, their parcel tracking info minimal and their customer service even worse. For a delayed delivery, they told me twice to talk to the retailer, which has nothing to do with the shipment itself at all.
Please consider standardizing a partnership with established courier companies instead, like DHL or UPS.
