facebook events are a great tool to gather people for social engagement os help local business to grow. the younger audiences use instagram more than facebook, so I think it's a good idea to link the events to instagram so people can be invited to meetings and tag their memories for the occasion.

the user should be able to know about nearby public events, invite friends, have notifications about it, share stories, threads, photos, reels and even live transmissions. Would be nice to have a button to the event to go check what everybody is telling about it.
