1. Enhance ease to use Portal TV for other video chat apps via keyboard feature

   My wife and I got a Portal TV last November and really like it. It is great for Facebook Messenger video chats with friends and family. However, it is cumbersome (sometimes extremely so) to use with Zoom, BlueJeans, and other video chat apps. The difficulty is in entering meeting ID codes and passwords. The Portal TV remote is not well suited for these tasks. I simple enhancement would be to add a keyboard feature to the smart phone app remote (I use a Samsung Galaxy and my wife uses an iPhone). This would allow simple typing with the Portal TV phone app remote to enter enter meeting ID codes, passwords, and most significantly, meeting URLs for GO TO MEETING. I hope that someone in a position of influence sees this message and responds to me. Thank you.

   Allow co-watching of Amazon Prime and Netflix movies with other portal tv users please. I want to be able to watch movies with my daughter, who also has FB Portal TV so we don’t have to try syncing the sound of a movie we watch while we FaceTime.

5. Zoom audio - bluetooth headphones and volume control

   Enhance Zoom to support bluetooth headphones/microphones.

   Also, the volume of Zoom when in a meeting on the Portal is unable to be changed. It stays the same volume no matter what you try to do to make it more or less loud.

6. Allow FB Portal App downloads in Latin America and the Caribbean

   I live in Trinidad and Tobago. My sister from New York sent me the mini portal I believe...its 10' x 10'. I wanted to upload photos from my phone to the portal. But found I couldn't download the Portal App. I was so disappointed. Now I can't upload any photos to Portal. Please fix this. It makes no sense.

8. Keyboard on zoom

   Why have the chat function available on the zoom app with out the keyboard?
   Please enable full chat function with the keyboard on zoom calls. It doesn’t make sense to have the app and the chat and not be able to type!

10. Allow installing APK files from the browser or from sideloading

    The portal has an appstore however the selection of apps available are lacking. Allowing users to install APK files manually would give users access to more apps

13. BUG: Zoom + HDMI = instant crash. Only Fix: Unplug HDMI, Reboot.

    Previous version of zoom worked great to have a second screen over a usb-c hdmi adapter. This current version has never worked with a second screen. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Please fix this bug in the next update!

    Paprika Recipe Manager is a fantastic app for storing recipes, meal plans and grocery lists. Since a lot of people keep their portal on their kitchen counter this would be a great feature to add.

19. Telemedicine won’t work due to lack of browser permission

    The browser will not allow one to create permission to use the camera and microphone. This prevents the browser from accessing telemedicine websites such as Doxy.me. Other browsers, including chrome, allow the user to give permission for a camera and microphone. The portal plus browser does not.

20. Ability to toggle off “Smart Camera” on Zoom calls

    Would like to have the option to disable the Smart Camera (following me around) on Zoom calls. Having the camera be stationery would increase how much I use Portal+ for professional calls. Thank you!
