changing "Hey Portal" wake word
We use Portal assistance features for calling and answering calls. My mother and I have difficulty saying Portal and would like to have an option on changing the wake word to something else.

Attention aux conflits entre Portal et Alexa.
Lorsque plusieurs Echo dot 3 ème génération, sont déjà installés (1 dans la cuisine, 1 dans une chambre à l'étage) et Mini Portal dans le salon, il arrive souvent que ce dernier ne prenne pas en compte les demandes "Alexa allume le salon". C'est la cuisine située à l'autre bout de la maison (20 mètres) qui répond. Pareil le matin "Alexa, allume la salle à manger" c'est l'écho dot de la chambre qui répond "OK". Stop Portal Plus waking up when elderly user elderly has TV on
Stop Portal Plus is constantly waking up when an elderly user elderly has the TV on or is talking loudly. This causes him to unplug the device at the mains and so cannot be called. He also has to select an account with his finger there needs to be a default accounbt for him to use as he doesn't understand accounbts or how to touch the screen.

There should be an option to choose to call friends from Messenger or WhatsApp
When using Portal assistant to make a call, there should be an option to choose to call either Messenger or WhatsApp.
Example:
Customer: Hey Portal, call John.
Portal: Would you like to call John on, Messenger or WhatsApp?Customer: Whatsapp23 votes -
Portal Voice Support in French
To make calls using the assistant, it must be set in English. It doesn’t support French. Alexa does, but the call command can’t be used with Alexa, so French users are stuck without voice assistance.

Alexa Wake Word: Respond only if closest device
I have an Echo in the kitchen and a Portal TV in the living room. Even when I'm sitting right next to the kitchen Echo, the Portal TV responds and takes over, which is very frustrating. I don't have the same issue with other Echo devices, which defer to the closest device. The Portal TV doesn't seem to understand how to do this.
It'd be great if you could add this function, or at least enable me to decrease sensitivity of the Portal.

self view
hi, my name is Scott Taber, and I have a disability, so I can't physically move the self view, so I want to be able to lock it where I want it, so I don't need to ask someone to move it every time. other than that, I love it!!

Communicate with clients please
Please please listen to your customers and have a chat open for them to contact you as it is almost impossible to get anyone to connect when they have problems. My friend is having terrible problems with your communicaton.

Allowing my sister who has multiple sclerosis to do voice to text or some type of speech recognition. She doesn't have the dexterity to type so this would be absolutely wonderful! Thanks!

Ability to say which Portal you want to answer on via voice (ex. if you have Portal TV or Portal)
Now that you have the Portal and Portal TV, you'll have situations where someone calls you and both Portals ring. It would be ideal to say "Hey Portal, answer on the tv" or "hey portal, answer on my portal" or something, so that you can specify. Currently, the closest Portal will answer. But in my case, the TV is always closer, however I may not want to use my tv for this right now.

Commands & Settings
I have followed the set up My Portal + and connected to Alexa. If I use English (UK) I cant use the call command "Hey Portal, phone contact" I have to change settings to "English US/Canada" but then both Alexa & Portal answer. Alexa cant be used on many commands, and its hard to find detailed instructions on how to customize Portal to work with Alexa.

I like to have captions for my portal so I can talk with my family and having captions would benefit me a lot!
Captions calls would benefit me a lot so I can read the captions when I talk to my family and not having captions this would be useless portal for me being hard of hearing.

Ability to change the wake word
We have our entire house covered by multiple Echo devices ( six so far) so we can control the house from anywhere. All the devices have one wake word. Because the portal does not allow the wake word change I have two devices next to each other to perform all functions. I don’t want to change all the devices to Alexa to match the portal because when we had that as a wake word before and it responded to too many similar words.
