1. Allow the addition of a second device to the portal app

   We recently bought a second Portal so that we could have one for our office. However, I can’t add the second device to my portal app and am not able to better manage the superframe. In a future app update, I’d like to be able to have two devices that I can manage on the app. Thanks!

    I would really like to be able to access my outlook emails from my portal. When my friends send me an invite to a Zoom meeting, I would be able to just click the link instead of having to put in the meeting number and passcode. Very annoying. Thanks

12. Be able to Video Call my Instagram friends

    Messenger and WhatsApp integration are perfect but be able to video call my Instagram friends would be amazing!

    Also, there more to do with IG:
    -record a video for story
    -live stream

    Common guys! IG = FB make it happen!

14. Videos and Transition Times

    New to the Portal Plus. Love so far. Would like to have videos play completely rather than being subjected to the transition time you set. Same with short videos looping based on the transition time you set. Examples: 1 minute video cuts off if the transition time is set to 15secs. Or a 30sec video plays twice if the transition time is set to 1 minute. Videos should be handled differently from photos. Please FB add more options.

    Hi portal Team, I like your design idea. it will be great tool for educator. However, there is one thing should be improved due to the international education and global education. the Covid-19 as well. Does there have any access way to join without purchasing the portal? For example, like a link or download a plug-in. This will increase your users for all over the world. Especially China. I hope your team can learn from Zoom or collaborate with Zoom , Providing some priority for the education institute. set a price and limited number of kids for each story room, so the portal will be best teaching tool during Covid-19. You know lots of kids can not get education because their parents lose job or limited hours. but this should not stop kids learning.

    the portal allow me to see the ring drive camera when i ask it to show it on the portal, but unlike the othewr echo amazon alexa devices it does not warn me of the present of people on my drive

20. Add option to turn off sleep mode

    If you have the camera turned off for privacy, the motion sensor to wake the portal does not work. Please add an option to turn off sleep mode in addition to changing the amount of time.
