I reached out to Facebook support What software will replace Facebook Live? We are unable to live stream on Facebook with all three; video, audio, and the ability to see the chat comments.

well since Facebook Live is no longer an option to download as we need a app to stream and be able to view the chat comments at the same time

Actually, officially we have not introduced an app for that, yet!

why did Facebook stop using it. This decision has really defeated the purpose behind the portal plus ability to be used

I have been and yes there are some out there but not sure it is compatible with Facebook live streaming

we were in hopes that Facebook would have suggestions on what software is available that offers what Facebook Live did where it integrated with Facebook
not your fault it’s upper management and software developer that decided to discontinue the original software and not offer any suggestions on what owners of the portal systems can use

you know I have almost $300 dollars invested in a system that is nothing but a big paperweight and desktop space taker due to the company’s decision

at this point in the juncture I am trying to. So I guess I’ll look at an interactive web cam and attach a secondary monitor to my computer so we can continue to perform live streaming on Facebook. Please let the Facebook team know that they have a lot of people out there that have portals and they too are in the same boat. Thank you
