    Exactly! With no voice control what exactly can I use it for? I want my money back and I want you to take the portal device back and recycle it so it doesn't end up in a landfill.

  2. alexa voice control and also hey portal no longer available in the portal..my question is why?? Need these to be available again

    I use the Alexa Ap on portal daily. That is the reason I purchased it. The device is useless now! You need to replace the portal for a device that works and take this device for recycling or reactivate the voice control. You had no right to disable it. Meta is pulling a bait snd switch on senior citizens. You sold it to seniors and then a few years later just disable it. Shame on you Meta/Facebook.
