alexa voice control and also hey portal no longer available in the portal..my question is why?? Need these to be available again
reinstate hey portal and alexa voice again..no longer working in my portal..was one if the reasons i purchased this device

I use the Alexa Ap on portal daily. That is the reason I purchased it. The device is useless now! You need to replace the portal for a device that works and take this device for recycling or reactivate the voice control. You had no right to disable it. Meta is pulling a bait snd switch on senior citizens. You sold it to seniors and then a few years later just disable it. Shame on you Meta/Facebook.
