We are having exactly the same issue as reported by many others in this thread. Bought the portal to connect with an elderly relative with dementia during the COVID period. However, she is unable to answer when we call and we have to rely on care workers letting us know when they are visiting to connect for her. A drop in feature is an immediate must have.
