    Yes! You should be able to...
    1. Transfer from portal to portal within a home.
    2. Add a 2nd portal user (from same home and same facebook account) to that same call (not just a transfer)
    3. When you're out of the house and your messenger app rings, you should be able to transfer the call to the home Portal (instead of declining it in both places).
