3. Five things to change the game for Portal+

   I LOVE my portal+.
   Theres’ several areas I would like to suggest for improvements

   1. The option to turn off the auto find and panner. Zoom has this feature. It's awesome. Facebook live needs that too)
   2. A way to select the area to focus on (place and exposure)
   3. A way to control the exposure more. I’m a painter and I’m in decent light but my art is always over exposed. I would love to control that.
   4. A big one… the ability to use the USB-C port to add a microphone. This would be the major game changer for people who want to use this professionally for their business. (Facebook lives and zoom calls) The microphone is very hollow and echoey. It works but it’s not clean.
   5. The ability to record and export in 1080. (So far my Facebook lives are 420p export size.

   I hope you take this as a user that is crazy impressed with your product….. but these changes would alter the game for so many people.

4. Zoom just released their 27 inch hardware device but.....

   So zoom just released their 27 inch hardware device for those working from home right now but here is the catch. Its 600 dollars? As a business owner im much more likely to purchase my employee's a webcam and headset at 1/3 that price and recoup. On the high side they have hardware for zoom rooms that you can purchase by either adding more overhead at a minimum of $75 dollars a month or by purchasing outright at thousands of dollars per device. On the low end which also has its pitfalls you can go the webcam route but that is not the most efficient or the most pleasant p2p experience. so far we have enterprise hardware at 4000 zooms new work from home hardware at 600 and then a webcam and headset at 150-250. If you took the portal tv and then installed bulk purchased speakers (which im sure you would buy in bulk anyway), install the speakers into the device, drop zoom video on it and re release it as portal tv+ or whatever you would like for $250 then you wouldn't even be able to keep up with the demand from business owners like me trying to pick dozens of these up to equip my workers from home. This would hit dead center on an up tapped market and would probably increase the profit on your devices unless you had to reengineer the whole device to incorporate speakers but my guess is the chip inside already can be wired for them.

7. superframe management

   allow me to manage what and when superframe shows pictures. Right now it is unclear what gets shown and when, is it my albums first then other friends info etc. You can add this capability to 'advanced' tab for those that might have the skills

8. Bluetooth

   Allow Bluetooth to be paired for certain tasks. When using the portal TV I want the sound to come out of the TV audio, when playing music through Alexa feature I'd like that to go via the speaker in the room.

9. WebRTC Support in the Browser

   If the web browser supported webrtc, you could run a ton of really cool media enabled websites that may use the mic or camera.

   This is not difficult to make possible, its already supported on Android from the Chrome browser.

12. Please allow a way to take screenshots and short videos during a session and share them to our FB pages.

    We had to take and edit shots with a phone to share. I thought it was just because I couldn't figure out how to do this, but support said we don't have that capability yet and to request it from here! So please provide the ability to record a portion of a session and to take screenshots from a session and to access them to post to FB from the portal.

13. Partner with Disney and nichelodeon

    Please create more stories with known characters and children’s favourite books eg Chica chicks boom boom, Room on the Broom, the gruffalo etc etc. I’ve been wishing for the story time app like this forever as a divorced parent who spends a lot of time with his kids on video chat.

14. Allow users to save and upload videos

    Please allow users to save and upload personal videos of themselves and others they are having conversations with. It could work by requiring that all call participants check a box at the beginning of the call to agree to save the footage. It would be great for video journaling, home movies, virtual family reunions, craft tutorials and sharing baking recipes.

18. Capability to have messenger and whatsApp combined at same time on the portal

    Be able to video call a contact on messenger and a contact on whatsapp combining these two apps. Or the capability for them to be integrated into one large contact list rather they have a messenger app or whatsapp.

19. Train faces with kids and baby

    Portal tv lags in recognizing kids less than 8 and toddlers . If you train the system with them would be great. Our parents would like them running around and followed by portal tv.
