Add Timehop feature!
I’d love to say “Hey Portal, Show me everything that happened today through Timehop.” And the. Superframe could switch to photos only in timehop for a specific amount of time that could be altered in settings like Superframe.”

Add voice command "Hey Portal, turn off the Screen Reader".
Add a voice command "Hey Portal, turn off the Screen Reader". For those that don't know how to navigate Portal while the Screen Reader is on, this voice command would create a very easy way to disable Screen Reader and return Portal to normal controls in a matter of 5 seconds.

Provide ability to do screen prints to save screen image.
We do monthly Portal Video Chats once a month with our granddaughters who live 3000 miles away. We would love to be able to do screen captures to save a picture of them each month. There appears to be no way to do this. Would think this would be a great add. We use to do it with Skype on our mainframe computer.

Make Storytime accessible for Portal user without having to interact with another Caller
Storytime is great, but it would be even better if it had its own app and could be used outside of a call - so that a parent & child using their portal could see themselves on the large screen and be able to interact with stories without another person dialed in. Would provide so much entertainment, especially when other people aren't available for a call.

Add more specific and detailed instructions
Derailed and specific instructions on features and how to use them. I have run into things that I have been unable to find specific instructions for through the articles and tips. Things like should you leave portal on all the time, why does screen shift from wide full room view to narrowed focus view on its own and how to control it, why does it change from full screen to a strip in the middle of the screen arbitrarily etc. trying to glean through the “tips” yields no answers. Specific detailed instructions and manual similar to ones that come with…

Photo Go Back
I love superframe. I'd love to be able to say, "Hey Portal, go back!"
Sometimes it displays a photo that I want to remember/see where/when it was taken and by the time I get over to Portal it's moved on to the next photo.
I did realize I can touch and slide back, which is okay.

Need the ability to have sound profiles or a sound equalizer
The Portal + has a lot of base. It would be great to have an equalizer so that we can customize the bass / treble levels. Seems like a very easy update.

'Family' Account
The option to connect multiple accounts is great, but many of us plan on using the portal to allow our kids to keep in touch with people. Including ourselves when we are away. Having an easy option to create a 'family' or 'household' account, to make contact management even easier would be really helpful. If I have to go out of town on a business trip, I don't want to have to try to figure out multiple accounts to allow them to contact me and other people.

Needs a flashing screen for hard of hearing customers
My father is hard of hearing so he wears headphones to listen to his television. He doesn’t hear the portal when I call. If the screen flashed when I called he would see it to answer.

Allow actual search on the Food Network app
All you can see now is videos designated for the portal.... my portal is in my kitchen and I would really use it to be able to cook.... since the app is there, why is there no search capability?!
