  1. Bring back the photos from Facebook Favorites

    This is not something new.....it used to be a feature and it worked very well for elderly people who do not have a smartphone or a computer. It was replaced by a portal app that does not do the same thing and please look at the ratings on the app. Portal users do not like it and are fighting to get it to work.

  2. Portal+ could be used as a second display for my laptop

    I bought a usb c -- HDMI cable thinking that portal+ could be used as a second screen for my laptop. This seems so simple to be done...

  3. Sell replacement camera covers

    Please sell camera covers. My husband has been playing peek-a-boo with our granddaughter 3000 miles away. We lost our cover and the game is over!!!
    Who knows when we will be able to get on a plane and go see her again!!
    Our family lives by Portals connecting us, MA to CA. We also have bought them as gifts for other grandparents.
    LOVE THE PORTAL!!!!!

  4. Lock touch screen and buttons during video calls with exciteable kids!

    We got the portal so my in-laws could have regular video calls with my son. He’s a toddler and loves to press all the buttons and the screen so it can be frustrating for his grandparents that the mic and camera keeps getting switched on and off and they get hung up on.

  5. Zoom, teams. kids messenger And other conference apps

    You have false advertising
    In your ads
    It says that your products are compatible with zoom
    But doesn't say that only on certain products.
    I purchased the portal tv in hopes to purchase more for both my family and my work, but very disappointed that I can't get zoom and teams

  8. Longer power cable

    The power cable for Portal TV Is far too short. My TV / Cable leads in my living room are all hidden neatly in the wall behind the TV. I reached out to the portal team to purchase a longer one or for information on what type of cable it is so to purchase elsewhere however it’s a proprietary design?! I found this unsuitable so I unfortunately need to return the item as it’s not fit for purpose!

  9. Specify that there is no browser facility on Portal TV on your support pages

    Please make it very clear on these pages that Portal TV does not have a browser facilty: https://portal.facebook.com/gb/help/467356237073256/

    They don't mention anywhere that a browser is not available on Portal TV, meaning that I have wasted well over an hour on your support chat and reset my Portal TV (as instructed by the support agent) for no reason, because I didn't have the websites or browser options specified on the support pages. Extremely frustrating!! I searched for info and these pages came up, they said 'hello [my name]' so it's easy to presume the site knows which device you…

  11. Please restore the add albums of portal favorties to be displayed when portal idle

    I manage my mother-in-laws portal for her. She enjoyed seeing the photos of her portal favorites when her screen is idle. It was a good way for her to keep up with her grandchildren, especially during the COVID lockdown she has experienced since March.

    Please create a way for her Facebook friends to share their albums on her portal.

  12. Left remote control in UK

    Very disappointed that we are unable to use portal as we do not have a remote control and unable to get one sent to us in France. Originally told that one would be sent to us in France and now we are told this is not possible they can only send to UK!!!!! We are happy to buy one but apparently this is not possible. What a shambles

  14. Broaden the app ecosystem

    In this period where 1/3 of the worlds population are in some form of lockdown- perhaps Facebook can actually help by adding support for additional multi connection apps such as Houseparty, Zoom, FaceTime (Apple and Microsoft and Google should do the same). Facebook has a chance to take the Lead and really bring the world together.

  17. Customer service is HORRIBLE

    Ok I have asked for a call back three times and nothing. I have wasted hours on the chat and all the do is give me excuses and ask me to wait. They cannot solve any problems
