How can we improve the Portal family of products?

A portal instead of smartphone to see through my SimpliSafe doorbell camera.

I bought SimpliSafe doorbell cameras but I would much rather look through a portal to see who is at my door instead of signing on through my Smartphone or desktop computer. Is there any way a portal can be used for doorbell cameras instead of using our smartphones or computers?

    We can't set up Portal. There is only one connection on the portal to the screen, SO WE ARE LEFT WITH THE small CONNECTOR UNATTACHED. THIS DOES NOT SEEM to be appropriate. Could someone please help me set Portal up? Call me at 435-256-6227.THE GRAND KIDS WANT TO SEE THEIR GRANDMOTHER! Bob THANKS VERY MUCH
