I have a prime video button on. The remote of my portal TV but nothing happend when I press it. Is it a local restriction? I have a subscription so I don’t understand.

My sister is using one of my portal devices. She was diagnosed with The COVID-19 virus a little over a week ago. She was moved to a COVID quarantine ward. I was able to get my Portal + moved into her room. There is no working TV. She is further hampered because she is disabled and unable to operate any device requiring a remote. The Portal + plus is a godsend because she can use her voice to activate calls between us. I am so blessed to be able to see her and talk to her even though our in person visits a restricted. I have been told by the nurses attending to her need that many nurses as well as families are very grateful to me for introducing them to the Facebook Portal products.

My problem now is because I am not using the same WIFI network to get my web browser to access the app so she can use the portal to watch movies. Even though she sleeps much of the time being critically ill without distractions is very difficult! I wish there was a way to allow her to receive entertainment on the Portal +.
