Tracking is too slow. When I call my elderly mother, she will physically move the Portal to ensure she's in frame -- and this then means the Portal loses its view of the entire room. If the camera tracking was faster, she wouldn't feel the need to do this. I tell her not to move the Portal but, well, she's elderly and doesn't get technology, so doesn't understand or remember.
