Screen brightness is buggy and often too dark
Often the screen is just too dark and does not sense ambient light conditions. It will not brighten no matter what. I think I can adjust the brightness slider in settings, but for my elderly mother this is too complicated. All I can do is ask her to pull out the power lead and plug it back in again to reset things. This shouldn't be necessary.

they broke the auto brightness feature during the call with the latest firmware and the support is useless in getting it fixed
