Customer service is awful!
There should be a customer service phone number as i haven’t recieved a response from my many emails and messages over 2weeks yet you reply to others that leave positive feedback on your page. My item is still faulty, this problem isn’t going away by itself. I would appreciate if you would Contact me back

I’ve had the same problem, weeks of emailing and using the chat service before they sanctioned a return, and now weeks of waiting for them to send out a replacement and being told they will mark the case as urgent. Still no resolution or obvious care. Disappointing!
