How can we improve the Portal family of products?

ARC no longer works after connecting Portal TV

When connecting the Portal TV to a TV that is using ARC for audio ARC stops working and there is no audio out of the TV. Removing the Portal TV resolves the issue.

This issue is going to have me return this device to the store but Facebook support requested I post this here as well so that the devs actually pay attention to the issue to potentially fix it in the future.

    I have the same issue and same poor response from support. I like the product but this issue renders it useless so I’ve been left with no choice other than return for a refund.
