Order Amends & Refund Policy
I can't begin to describe how incredibly disappointed I am with the experience I have received from Portal.
My money has been taken, but no products delivered and no one can tell me what's happening or when they will arrive.
I've also been told I can't have a refund because the products should have been shipped...
They were meant to be delivered on the 2nd December as a Christmas present for my Nana who is due to have an operation on 30th December and has been told to self isolate until then and spend Christmas day on her own - exactly what the portal was invented for no? But instead, no one can tell me when they will get to me and I have to sit and wait.
So here I am, nearly £300 down, no portals and relatives who are going to be on their own on Christmas Day.
Thanks Facebook, a truly memorable experience for all the wrong reasons.
