How can we improve the Portal family of products?

Prime Video availability in NZ

I purchased a Portal TV and after setup, I have been told that Prime Video is currently not available in NZ. Wondering why? Would love to see Prime Video through my Portal TV. Currently, the Prime Video button on my remote is of no use!
