I purchased 2 Portal devices; a Portal (for my granddaughter) and a Portal+ for myself, with the hope that we could connect/video chat, play games, and do other things together. However roadblock 1 she isn't able to connect using her kids messenger account, which would be A LOT safer than using her mom's, 2 it seems as though we can't play games in real-time while seeing and talking with each other. So you need to make it so kids messenger can be the account used AND you need to make it so we can play games together, like a virtual table tennis or guess who, life, sorry and other such games. Please help us out so we don't feel like we have been lied too by false advertising ploys showing ways to connect that aren't really options available with our younger grandchildren.
