I bought these to use between two stores I have as an open channel so I can talk with my employees. When I get a phone call or a customer walks in, I have to physically go to the device and keep tapping "volume down" until the audio is off to mute the audio. I want a button on the screen like the buttons for me to mute MY mic and pause MY video but to mute THEIR audio that is playing on the device. It can be an option to turn on, or however you like, but this is a pretty fundamental and basic feature on every other audio device on the planet other than this.
