Stop playing with app set up for elderly
Finally ! The volume adjustment fixed on Dad’s Portal at nursing home. The upgrade with the new App button on the contacts screen also seemed to affect the ability to change volume controls with the Hey Portal & Hey Alexa voice controls even with me being in the nursing home … the call volume controls would not appear on the screen until within a call and using the frame buttons to trigger the volume bar on the screen … these updates of the system are causing the ease of past methods to become DINOSAURs 🦖🦕 instead of moving towards the Future… if anyone from the Portal Program Team wishes to contact me … Please do ! I will take you to the FUTURE with the aging & neurological & secluded customer base … which is where the money is $$$$
