My 96-year-old dad is in a memory-care home. His hearing is bad, so we have speakers mounted on his reclining chair. The current Portal can send sound from websites (YouTube) to those speakers, but when he receives a video call, the sound comes out of the Portal built-in speaker. He turns the volume up to maximum so he can hear it. This bothers the other 32 residents in the home. I've been unable to solve this problem using a couple of different Bluetooth-to-audio_out devices.
