Hi,

I am seeing the new Portal Update is way complicated for new people to learn. I bought for my mom so that she can call me but in the "Favorites contacts" it is showing all the recent called contact. I am going to describe some issues that I am facing.
1. I want my mom to see my selected contact as first and then the most used contact and then recent.
2. I am putting the portal on my study table so that when i get bored i can call someone and talk to them or when they will call i can pick the call and the same time i would like to see my always changing selected best wallpaper which i always use to refresh my mood, but the annoying most used apps show up all the time. I do not want to see the most used apps. I want to access when i want. It pops up and fills on the screen. I want to see the beautiful wallpaper which I downloads from internet and see them.
3. make the system so that senior person can use easily. These machines sit in the home so most of the time senior people use them. Please, good update so that they can use it.
4. Keep the time and weather high, low, and current on the screen.
5. give option to mute incoming call for the specific profile (User) so that when someone will be out of home their call will be muted.
6. Give the option of one week of weather updates in fullscreen and also keep the wallpaper screen saver.
