Make it possible to use app to setup and use portal Tv if remote fails.

I have found myself with a now unusable portal tv as the remote failed and I now have to wait for a remote to firstly be shipped to uk address and then I have to either pay for postage myself(live in the Canary Islands) or wait for someone to visit before I can use the portal tv again as part of the process for testing the remote was a factory reset of the device and now can’t do anything with it without the proper remote
