I am suspended from Facebook because someone hacked my personal account and sent out inappropriate content. Facebook did not stop there. I am trying to start up a business and was going to utilize Facebook for marketing purposes, and Facebook suspended my business account. I am certain that Facebook is aware that accounts get hacked, so my suggestion is, before suspending someone's account and disrupting their efforts at starting a business, that Facebook should entertain the possibility that the account was hacked and look into this before kicking someone off of Facebook.
