Here's a simple red bean soup recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup of dried red beans
6 cups of water
1 pandan leaf (optional, for flavor)
½ cup of rock sugar or to taste
1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut milk
Instructions:
Rinse the red beans and soak them in water for a few hours or overnight.
Drain the beans and place them in a pot with 6 cups of water and the pandan leaf.
