Oversea support
I wish I can use Portal to talk to my daughter who lives in Australia but Portal is not currently marketed outside of US. I think that's where the most value comes from, to be able to video chat someone across the ocean.

Separate contacts for multiple accounts
The option to have multiple accounts is a great one. We would like to see an option to change the privacy on accessing contacts.

Allow business owners to purchase and use the solution for easy communication with customers
We have a hotel with some of the receptions that have a self-check in solution at night time. It would be wonderful if it was possible to purchase this solution to communicate with our customers when they need assistance by nighttime. Our business is located in Norway, so being able to purchase to the Norwegian markets is then also a must for us.

The ability to customize the names of contacts would be SO helpful to allow younger users to make calls.
If we could customize the names of our contacts so that portal would recognize the name we assign them, it would make it SO much easier for grandchildren to use portal. For example..."Hey Portal, call Nana" instead of "Hey Portal, call Oprah Winfrey"...

The ability to turn off graphics during story time would be helpful for small children who frighten easily :)
It would be wonderful if users could turn off the graphics with story time. My grandsons LOVE sharing the stories with me but are tiny toddlers and some of the graphics scare them...namely seeing their Nana as the big "not so bad" wolf in the 3 lil pigs story.

Should allow all messenger connections to be used not Just FB friends
When I bought this I was under the impression it would clean names from my messenger contacts. After setting it up and trying to locate those people I realized you actually have to add those people as friends on Facebook. Not always what user wants to do. It’s also not advertised or clearly stated anywhere!

Allow High End Audio Video Retailers to sell and demonstrate your product.
We are a High end Audio Video Retailer supporting the Newport Beach Area In Southern California. We sell and install all type’s of home automation products and much of our duties is educating how Equipment operates. Trying to do this over the phone is difficult, if my clients had a portal it would be a cinch ! Yes, you can Face Time But it doesn’t provide the same user experience. Also our industry would allow your clients to be able to touch and feel your product first hand.

Set up the wifi so you can enter a username and password if necessary.
All unis set up their wifi this way and not having it means I can't use that wifi.

Allow other sources for display like a tv
The camera is great, but it would be very nice to have a larger display. Like mirroring to a tv.

Lower System Alert and Outbound Ringtone volume
The outbound ringtone and Alexa bongs are really loud. I'd like to lower the volume of these alerts independently from the actual call volume.

That portal will not work on WEP network should be clearly posted on webpage
You should clearly indicate that portal will not work on a WEP network. Since that is what I have, I may have to return both portals that I purchased. What a hassle!!

Add Data Plan option
I'm considering this for my mother who will be moving in to assisted living. It would be great if there was an option to have a data plan so I don't have to get her internet service.

Functionality for users in the UK
We loved the connecting-far-away-families idea, but our family is separated by the Atlantic, so we're looking for an option that allows US-based calls to a senior user in the UK. Would love to see an international Portal.

Video stops playing when screen rotates
Whenever you are playing YouTube, Allrecipes.com videos, or using Hulu on the desktop version of the browser, if you rotate the screen, the video will stop and cannot be resumed until you rotate the screen back to the original position it was in when the video started playing.

Wondering why y'all didnt incorporate "swype" on the keyboard. It would easier to use the keyboard with a swype ability instead typing
