  1. I have a Portal + Their is a USB C port can I plug a battery power pack there.

    I have a Portal + Their is a USB C port in the back, can I plug a battery power pack there. I want to bring my Facebook Portal + outside where there is No Power, I would like to USB C port in the back to plug my battery power pack there. Send me an email to let me know.

  2. Parental Control on Portal

    Please consider putting in parental control on the Facebook Portal Browser app. I find users can easily access *********** or inappropriate websites and we are very strict about accessing such material. Or have some ability to block the browser app altogether.

  3. Zoom sign-in per Portal User profile

    Currently as of 10/12/20, Zoom does not respect multiple Portal user profiles.

    Zoom will stay persistently logged in across any user profile that is currently using the Portal.

    For example,

    Portal User A is logged into the Zoom App using User A's own Zoom credentials.

    Portal User B clicks on the Zoom App in Portal User B's installed app list.

    Zoom User A will be shown as signed-in.

    NOTE: In order for Portal User B to use their own Zoom account, Portal User A has to sign-out.

  4. Make video recording longer

    Photo booth only allowed 30 Sec videos. We need the ability to record as long as we like as portal is like a personal cameraman and you can record your own classes shows etc. Definitely a necessity. Please make happen. Thanks

  5. Video length is too short

    I'm a librarian and I make storytelling videos for my students. I love the quality of the videos on my Portal+, however they cut off at 30 seconds! My videos must be at 10 minutes in length, so it saddens me that I can't use my device for the above- mentioned reasons. HELP

  6. Portal needs an optional setting in FB and/or WhatsApp that when a call is initiated via the Portal that all other devices do not ring.

    The setting needs to be per device. Young children love Portal and they call incessantly. My phone blows up to the tune of 20-30 calls a day... help?

  7. More streaming services !!!

    More streaming services app for ALL Portal products, Disney +, Netflix, Prime, etc.

    Unbelievable to need to ask for something as obvious in 2021 when every similar item from other brands already offer them as downloadable apps ...

  8. Allow the multiple device discount for shipping to different countries

    As an expat, I wanted to purchase two devices for my new country and my parents in my home country but because you can only ship to one address on each order, you lose out on the multiple device discount.

    I contacted customer support who said no discount code could be given to compensate for that scenario.

    Zoom in to any animal faces (dog/cat/rabbit etc)
    Poss Movement sensor?

  11. Bring back the photos from Facebook Favorites

    This is not something new.....it used to be a feature and it worked very well for elderly people who do not have a smartphone or a computer. It was replaced by a portal app that does not do the same thing and please look at the ratings on the app. Portal users do not like it and are fighting to get it to work.

  13. Sell replacement camera covers

    Please sell camera covers. My husband has been playing peek-a-boo with our granddaughter 3000 miles away. We lost our cover and the game is over!!!
    Who knows when we will be able to get on a plane and go see her again!!
    Our family lives by Portals connecting us, MA to CA. We also have bought them as gifts for other grandparents.
    LOVE THE PORTAL!!!!!

  14. Lock touch screen and buttons during video calls with exciteable kids!

    We got the portal so my in-laws could have regular video calls with my son. He’s a toddler and loves to press all the buttons and the screen so it can be frustrating for his grandparents that the mic and camera keeps getting switched on and off and they get hung up on.

    You have false advertising
    In your ads
    It says that your products are compatible with zoom
    But doesn't say that only on certain products.
    I purchased the portal tv in hopes to purchase more for both my family and my work, but very disappointed that I can't get zoom and teams

  18. Longer power cable

    The power cable for Portal TV Is far too short. My TV / Cable leads in my living room are all hidden neatly in the wall behind the TV. I reached out to the portal team to purchase a longer one or for information on what type of cable it is so to purchase elsewhere however it’s a proprietary design?! I found this unsuitable so I unfortunately need to return the item as it’s not fit for purpose!

  19. Specify that there is no browser facility on Portal TV on your support pages

    Please make it very clear on these pages that Portal TV does not have a browser facilty: https://portal.facebook.com/gb/help/467356237073256/

    They don't mention anywhere that a browser is not available on Portal TV, meaning that I have wasted well over an hour on your support chat and reset my Portal TV (as instructed by the support agent) for no reason, because I didn't have the websites or browser options specified on the support pages. Extremely frustrating!! I searched for info and these pages came up, they said 'hello [my name]' so it's easy to presume the site knows which device you…
