2. Need to be able to use Portal without the need for your smartphone to be switched on too !

   Portal does not work if smartphone is not switched on! Bought one for my father(95)so he could receive video calls from relations in Canada but he does not own a smartphone so Portal is waste of time.

3. Please give us back the portals we paid for

   My idea, don't fix something broke, give us what we paid for or give us a full refund!!! We can't highlight, zoom in or out and sure can't follow around the room. Instead I'm stuck staring at the ceiling 90% of the time. The portal is totally useless the way you have it now, piece of expensive trash.

9. Allow remote access to the Portal settings via the APP...

   Allow remote access to the Portal settings via the APP so that us 'Kids' of 90 something-year-old parents can help sort issues which they cannot ( and just don't understand.)

   The Portal is marketed at an older demographic!

    Enable the use of IFTTT for smart home users, I have a portal TV that was bought for me for Christmas and the idea is great but having to change the TV channel manually on an incoming call is tedious and annoying. You do have a great idea here but I don't think a lot of thought went into it

12. enable full functionality for zoom on the portal mini

    zoom is used for many meetings, lectures, classes, etc. frequently when there are many participants, questions etc are submitted via a chat feature, but this does not seem to be available on the portal mini. please provide it.

    in addition, allow the user to switch between galley mode and speaker mode.

17. Auto Answer

    This would be a great benefit for elderly people who maybe have difficulty with technology but who would really benefit from being able to keep in touch with family through video calls. In terms of Diversity and Inclusion, there are a lot of people who lack the ability, mobility and/or dexterity to answer, even with voice answering, but could carry out an conversation once the call is established.

19. By putting an on/off power switch on all models

    I am so disappointed not to have a power switch on the model and if I had purchased it I would have returned it. As it was a gift this would be difficult to do. I have had to reposition the Portal as the power plug was situated behind furniture and not easy to reach. Therefore another less convenient position had to be found. For this reason I would hesitate to recommend this model
