An error occurred while saving the comment Daniel Edwards commentedI agree, I use Portal to keep in touch with my elderly grandmother who has dementia, and she has zero technical skills. I have to wait until my mom can stop by to make any changes to the Portal. It would be so easy to add cloud remote management of the Portal settings, or just let me remote control it directly - like VNC, so that I can fix it directly.

I have the same issue - I bought this for my 90+ grandmother who is starting to have dementia. She has a really hard time with even simple changes to her Portal, even when I step her through them. I just need to be able to remotely control it for her - like with VNC, or with an app that lets me make changes to settings, accept the dialogs (such as the one that asks if it's okay to share music). It would be most convenient if I could just control the whole portal remotely from my web browser, like with VNC or GoToMyPC.
I'm happy to work with you to pilot some use cases - I'm an IT Architect, and for lack of any solutions with my Portal I'm putting something together with a Raspberry PI hooked up to her TV. I'd rather have it all in the Portal though!
