Mum is in a dementia nursing home without Family access due to Covid. She has no access to a mobile phone as too difficult to use. Being able to set up a WhatsApp account on Portal + despite this for others with WhatsApp accounts to video call would be a game changer. Also for an approved loved one to be able to switch on/off remotely & not be dependant on a Carer for help in the home who is busy caring elsewhere would make a huge difference. Allow remote access to the Portal settings via the APP so that us 'Kids' of 90 something-year-old parents can help sort issues which they cannot ( and just don't understand.)
The Portal is marketed at an older demographic!

App for full remote access to settings
You need to add option on portal app so portal settings can be adjusted remotely. This would help as in our case mother in-law who is 90 technology challenged as well as English/ language barrier ... if we had option on app to dial into her portal and fix things like her volume for example would be a big help

I really want to buy portal to chat with my family,however. the network in my country doesn't support Facebook. I need to use the other apps like wechat or Skype. I really hope portal can support those apps one day in the future soon.

Live video on portal through watch
I cant watch live on watch on portal only on my phone and xbox but what if I want to watch tv and watch glipses of a facebook live session like skillet releaseing a new song... Etc.

Just found out that the tv portal does not have the games like checkers, chess, battleship etc that I was counting on playing with my grandk
Allow board games on portal tv. It was advertised as having these games and now I find that the portal tv does not have them.
