Restore the ability to use my SiriusXM access with Portal
I received my Portal as a gift about 2 months ago and have accessed SiriusXM with it. As we of today this function stopped working, Why?

I would like to be able to adjust the microphone level so it would be easier for my elderly fathers voice to operate his portal.
I would like to be able to attach my portal to a swiveling wall bracket so it can swivel as needed and be out of the way when not in use. Similar to a tv attachment method.

Make the microphone louder
Half the people I talk to can't hear me. The microphone needs to be WAY louder and better

Add a video-out port like a mini-HDMI or thunderbolt to connect to a larger display
I think it would be nice if there would be a way to connect the device to a TV or external monitor... like a mini-HDMI or thunderbolt port... that way you could take advantage of a larger monitor to see who you were talking to while still using the Portal’s camera to show yourself to them.

European Version Needed ASAP
We need updates on the European version of the product. I am waiting to order the US version until I know for sure that there will be a European version. Please keep us updated and make one as soon as possible!!

Option to remove suggested contacts
I'd rather only see my favorites than the suggested contacts. Video calling from home is personal and something I'd prefer for a curated lost of close family and friends, not algorithmically selected contacts by Facebook.

Use portal during calls : float on top
It would be great to be able to use the portal even when on calls ! I like to listen to music, browse the web, even when calling my gf !
Would it be possible to have an "exit fulscreen" button, just like on Android floating on top !!!

It would be great to see a notification on the Portal for missed calls.
Currently there is no feature to let the user know if they missed a call while they were out. It would be great for people like my grandmother to know if we called them. She doesn't have a smart phone and this device is the best way for us to call her. Please consider this in the future. Thanks.

Effects
We had many more effects when we got the Portal. I love playing with my grandsons with them. They are disappearing and one of my daughters has different ones than we do. PLEASE bring back the ones that have been removed and new ones in addition would be great!

Bring back the werewolf! And add the dragon
Bring back the transformative effects like the werewolf. Add the dragon to the portal.
My complaint is this. I purchased portal as a way to communicate with my children when I’m away. They are both one year olds currently. Consistency is key with them. The portal in itself does nothing too amazing to interest them, but key effects do. Like the werewolf one. I’ve been hearing the words good night Daddy Werewolf for the last few weeks and now it’s gone. Poof, just like that, no warning or request. With that, also the little bit of consistency I could offer…

Let Superframe use the Videos album
All videos posted to my timeline are assigned to my Videos album under Photos. Unfortunately, the Videos album is not available for selection for display by Superframe, and it's not possible to move videos into other photo albums that can be accessed by Superframe.

I would appreciate more parental control over what my children are exposed especially with effects.
I was horrified to look up today and see that my 5 year old on the other end had selected an effect that was akin to something from The Ring, and my 3 year old was on my end. I had ZERO control over what my children were exposed to at that moment. My 5 year old was not trying to pick something scary and inappropriate, but this effect was just there waiting for him to click. Portal needs to have either ONLY effects that are appropriate for small children, or they need to provide parental control over what comes…

Available globally to truly connect the world
I am excited for the Portal to be available in the market!
This changes totally how we communicate with people around the world!
Specifically with its Smart camera to keep everyone in the frame, it is ideal for people who converse in Sign Languages! (Y)Understand it takes time, but it would be great to see Portal available to the global market soon!! so that we can stay in touch with our friends and family anywhere in the world!

I want to be able to view my home. Portal should allow the home users to activate the camera from anywhere so I could see and talk to the house without someone answering.

We shouldn't have to always have it plugged it in to use it. There should be a power button and wired (or wireless) charging capabilities.

Superframe birthdays and online contacts
Birthdays and contacts online are not showing up on superframe. This is an advertised feature and its not working. The ONLY things I have turned on are those 2 features and all it does is rotate between pretty landscape photos.
This is the MAIN reason I wanted this as well as the FB Live feature thats coming!
Thank you for looking into this and seeing why the features advertised are not working.
I would also love to see the ability to turn OFF the pretty landscape photos and just have the features that are turned on displaying.
