I would appreciate more parental control over what my children are exposed especially with effects.
I was horrified to look up today and see that my 5 year old on the other end had selected an effect that was akin to something from The Ring, and my 3 year old was on my end. I had ZERO control over what my children were exposed to at that moment. My 5 year old was not trying to pick something scary and inappropriate, but this effect was just there waiting for him to click. Portal needs to have either ONLY effects that are appropriate for small children, or they need to provide parental control over what comes…

Available globally to truly connect the world
I am excited for the Portal to be available in the market!
This changes totally how we communicate with people around the world!
Specifically with its Smart camera to keep everyone in the frame, it is ideal for people who converse in Sign Languages! (Y)Understand it takes time, but it would be great to see Portal available to the global market soon!! so that we can stay in touch with our friends and family anywhere in the world!

I want to be able to view my home. Portal should allow the home users to activate the camera from anywhere so I could see and talk to the house without someone answering.

Chargeable Portal
We shouldn't have to always have it plugged it in to use it. There should be a power button and wired (or wireless) charging capabilities.

Superframe birthdays and online contacts
Birthdays and contacts online are not showing up on superframe. This is an advertised feature and its not working. The ONLY things I have turned on are those 2 features and all it does is rotate between pretty landscape photos.
This is the MAIN reason I wanted this as well as the FB Live feature thats coming!
Thank you for looking into this and seeing why the features advertised are not working.
I would also love to see the ability to turn OFF the pretty landscape photos and just have the features that are turned on displaying.

Connectvitiy for better speed and health
Please consider adding a direct connect ethernet option while disabiling WiFi and Bluetooth with no functionality loss. Functional and Integrative Medicine Doctors are aware of the science behind cellular and mitocondrial damage due to WiFi and Bluetooth

Swivel screen follows you as you walk around
Looks like the camera follows you as you walk around the place, but the screen doesn’t. They could see me but I may not be able to see them. Would be nice if the screen / base could swivel back and forth as one walks from one side of the room to another. Could top up or down towards your face / view as you move around, stand, sit down.

Allow us to create and share Facebook Photo albums to other Portals
We'd love to be able to share photos of our baby on the Superframe of my parents' Portal. It would be great to be able to do that or to have a shared photo album their Superframe can access without having to tag their Facebook account in every photo.

Multiple accounts added to a portal need to be limited to who can use the portal without creating a new account.
Adding up to 4 multiple accounts exposes all friends to the portal which is not needed or wanted. For example only family members want to use the portal not all friends of the 4 accounts. It would be nice to have portal groups but that might not work with voice commands. I should be able to add a limited friend list to the portal for one or multiple portal accounts. This limits access. Also when I use messenger to rings to the phone then to the portal. I should be able to call the portal or the phone.

Sell extra power cords
I would like the option to purchase an extra power cord so I could leave one cord plugged in (to an outlet that is harder to get to) and have the extra one for moving it around the house.

Include earphone outlet option
I would like to be able to plug in earphones to make calls more private. Currently providing Portals to residents of long-term healthcare facilities and hospice care facilities. Within some facilities, clients share a room with otjer patients. Really need for you to add a USB option for earphones to allow for less noise and more privacy.. Yes, Bluetooth will work too but USB option is simply easier option for our often elderly, frail and not technology-savvy clients.

Allow us to adjust time for alert notification
It's kinda silly that if Superframe's time speed is set to 2 minutes, that could also means the notification of your friends coming online stays on screen for two minutes, please give us an option to shorten that time frame and option to remove the notification... please vote for this!

Display nickname
There should be a way to display the nicknames. For example my elderly parents. I have a house, work, and cellphone number. Everything shows my name there is no way to tell which is home work or cell. It is extremely time consuming to suggest that we need to go into contacts and change every contact to a different name in order for them to tell. Also the phone number should display. You have to call the contact to determine which number you are calling

Portal Tv Connection
The option to broadcast portal to a tv using a hdmi connection or UPNP connection would be great the screen sizes are fine on the portals but it would be nice to get a larger screen at certain times for business use or for time when lots of family members are in one room and your contacting someone who couldn’t make it or if portal could develop a tv portal box something similar to Roku or firetv you could connect to tv as the display and has a camera to attach to the top of the tv with a built…

Using Portal as learning English to in Japan
Aloha! I live in Hawaii. I purchased Two sets of portal because I wanted to use portal with my son who lives in my son. Portal is BEST. My brother has been doing English school in Japan and he has more than 40 franchisees. Anyway we would like to use Portal but we are not sure if Portal works in Japan.
