   There is a bug in multi user calling for eg

   A calls B the A wants to add another call to C
   During call connection to C if A disconnects from the call .. system starts the call with each other B &C which is a flaw as the call initiator A has already disconnected

3. Separate contacts for multiple accounts

   The option to have multiple accounts is a great one. We would like to see an option to change the privacy on accessing contacts.

4. Adding Another Account and Switch Easily

   I like the feature on Facebook such as creating & adding your 2nd account and capable of switching your 2 accounts and vice versa conveniently using internet browser, phone & tablet app. Those 2 accounts don't need to be friends on Facebook.

   But when it comes to Portal, it doesn't work this feature. In order to add another account to Portal and switch accounts, I need both accounts to be friend on Facebook.

   So think about this way, why are you allowed to link up between your primary & secondary account using platforms (ie. internet browser, phone & tablet app) without the need to be friends except Portal platform?

5. Allow other sources for display like a tv

   The camera is great, but it would be very nice to have a larger display. Like mirroring to a tv.

7. I really would like to be able to move MY picture while using Portal TV. Our son bought us one when our first grandbaby was born. But, when

   I really would like to be able to move MY picture while using Portal TV. Our son bought us one when our first grandbaby was born. But, when a small child crawls or walks, it is only on the floor at the bottom of the picture and that is not good. I should be able to have my/our picture at the top - left or right. Having at the bottom (and at the left in our case) is very frustrating. I do know that I can turn it off (minimize it), but that does not please my wife when she wants to make sure we are in frame. Thanks you.

8. Allowing Portal to be plug n play

   Portal should act just like a webcam the auto tracking would be great for cooking shows and presentations as well as a bunch of other applications.

9. Debug firmware/software before release

   There are far too many glitches in the stable updates released - a video on Twitter showed a user who randomly could not type a number 2 in his password and so he had to disconnect the power plug. The Internet meanwhile is also rife with users who cannot, for love nor money, name their portal during the setup process.

   I realised eventually that I could use the back button a few screens (I went back to the connect to WiFi stage) and then progress through the stages again for the portal to be able to be named. This is hardly intuitive when Facebook Portal help (and customer services) recommend a factory reset at this stage, involving the home button which will not actually do anything in the setup dialogue.

   Facebook should be thoroughly ironing out bugs before releasing firmware/software updates as this is not a great start to a conventional product relationship between buyer and Facebook "here's the product, now you have bought it, usability and functionality (based on the actual needs of users) is an afterthought".
