Enable the use of IFTTT for smart home users, I have a portal TV that was bought for me for Christmas and the idea is great but having to change the TV channel manually on an incoming call is tedious and annoying. You do have a great idea here but I don't think a lot of thought went into it

Enable voice commands to make WhatsApp calls, where caller doesn't have FB messenger
I've learnt that you can only call someone using voice commands if they already have a FB account. If they only have WhatsApp, it doesn't work. As this device is particularly suited to the older generation who don't get touchscreens and don't have Facebook, this seems like a major oversight.

Give nicknames to multiple portals
I have a Portal TV in the living room and a portal mini in the kitchen in an open floor plan layout. The issue is both will answer if I say, "Hey Portal". It would be great if you could give each portal a nickname, so when you go to answer one of them you could say, "Hey Portal answer Living Room," or "Hey Portal answer Kitchen," and there would be no feedback issues and both portals would not be active.

join zoom call with voice commands
The ability to join a Zoom call or Host a Zoom call with voice commands. Elderly users struggle with inputting meeting IDs and Passwords - especially Zoom requires upper case and lower case passwords characters requiring fine motor skill with fingers which many Elderly struggle with - either loss of feeling or shaky hands - voice commands are the lifeline to family - please add this feature.

Attention aux conflits entre Portal et Alexa.
Lorsque plusieurs Echo dot 3 ème génération, sont déjà installés (1 dans la cuisine, 1 dans une chambre à l'étage) et Mini Portal dans le salon, il arrive souvent que ce dernier ne prenne pas en compte les demandes "Alexa allume le salon". C'est la cuisine située à l'autre bout de la maison (20 mètres) qui répond. Pareil le matin "Alexa, allume la salle à manger" c'est l'écho dot de la chambre qui répond "OK". Parfois Mini Portal ne réagi pas. Un redémarrage électrique est nécessaire, puis tout re-fonctionne. Si cela peut vous aider à améliorer ce super produit que…

Fix the Alexa settings for activation word and language settings
Right now changing the language or trying to change the activation word in the Alexa settings does not work. So, bilingual households cannot use Alexa with the Portal device.

Communicate with clients please
Please please listen to your customers and have a chat open for them to contact you as it is almost impossible to get anyone to connect when they have problems. My friend is having terrible problems with your communicaton.

Stop Portal Plus waking up when elderly user elderly has TV on
Stop Portal Plus is constantly waking up when an elderly user elderly has the TV on or is talking loudly. This causes him to unplug the device at the mains and so cannot be called. He also has to select an account with his finger there needs to be a default accounbt for him to use as he doesn't understand accounbts or how to touch the screen.

The wake up name needs to be changable from Alexa. Very annoying if you have an Amazon or indeed human Alexa already in your household!!

List of actions possible via voice command
I have no idea what commands are possible. With Alexa devices I know everything it does is voice activated, but with portal the available seem more limited. My gran likes to view the slideshow for example, but I can't figure out the command to start it, and she is no use with touch screens, as Will just randomly tap the screen and hope it works

Voice Command Answering
Like many on here, I have a parent with vascular dementia. Portal has been a lifesaver during quarantine, but there needs to be a voice command to answer an incoming video call. Surely, “Alexa, answer this call...” is both feasible and hugely needed!

Support for Audible Book Titles
If I ask Alexa on Portal to read one of my Audible book titles, she will find the title, and display the book on screen, but won't play it unless I press the 'play' button on screen. Portal support has said that Portal does not support Audible at this time. What would it take to make this work?

Fix that Ring cameras no longer come up if you have portal linked to a fire stick.
Ring cameras don't come up on the portal screen anymore unless I unlink my portal from the fire stick. until recently I could both control my fire stick using Alexa on the portal and view my ring cameras on the portal. Now it tries to bring the ring cameras up on the fire stick instead (or does nothing if tv is off).

Allow hey portal to work for WhatsApp handling of calls
Important and very essential is the hey portal should be also for WhatsApp. Currently this isn’t available but would be beneficial.
