ADD GOOGLE ASSISTANT -
I have Alexa Show and Alexa doesn't work even half as well as Google Assistant. Add Google Assistant and I know my whole family would buy them. We liked most of what Alexa show has but the one downfall was it constantly saying "hmm, I don't know that one" and we would then have to pick up our phones and ask google.

Make Portal assistance more smarter
Make portal to do more. Intregate portal with Facebook app and make her do some task on Facebook too. Like posting e status by voice. Replying msg both on messenger and whtsapp. Make portal show new posts from favorite contact ( option to on and off) when ever they post anything. Make portal to reply to a photo or hit a like or and emoji. Make portal to search an contact if the command is given wheter he or che in online to chat. Please allow a way to change the voice command because my mother who has had a stroke has a hard time remembering the name portal and saying it.

I can use portal assistant, but alexa doesn't come up and that is a real bummer ! I would like being able to use alexa while I'm on a call !!!

Allow Portal and Portal+ to use commands in other languages for both ‘’Alexa’’ & ‘’Hey Portal’’
The reason why i bought Portal was to communicate with my relatives who mainly speak Spanish, i bought them a portal and the so called ‘’language’’ feature only changes the language but the commands remain in English.

You should be able to say hey portal, show me the last thing I was looking at (browser, app, etc) without having to touch the screen to wake

Many household electrical appliance, for example, washing machine, oven, microwave. Owner of these devices invested in smarthome and definitely expect all Alexa-Buit-in products to integrate well with their Alexa-compatible smarthome.

Enable all interactions with voice commands
Anything I do on the screen should be possible with voice commands. Rating the quality of a call, opening/controlling apps, and muting the microphone are all examples of things I have to walk over to the device in order to accomplish. Make it truly hands-free!

Needs More Specific Voice Commands
If Portal could have better tie ins to the apps it uses it would make a more efficient device, for example, asking Portal to “Open Spotify” is far different than asking Alexa to open Spotify. With Portal, Spotify opens but everything must now use the touch screen. With Alexa, you cannot say “Open Spotify”, this will cause Spotify to just resume the music and nothing on the screen changes. Add voice command "Hey Portal, turn off the Screen Reader".
Add a voice command "Hey Portal, turn off the Screen Reader". For those that don't know how to navigate Portal while the Screen Reader is on, this voice command would create a very easy way to disable Screen Reader and return Portal to normal controls in a matter of 5 seconds.

Ability to change the wake word
We have our entire house covered by multiple Echo devices ( six so far) so we can control the house from anywhere. All the devices have one wake word. Because the portal does not allow the wake word change I have two devices next to each other to perform all functions. I don’t want to change all the devices to Alexa to match the portal because when we had that as a wake word before and it responded to too many similar words.

Support Alexa routines
Support Alexa routines and activities from the Alexa app. Right now you can't set any activities on the portal from the Alexa app. Portal only does timers and reminders set via portal.

Photo Go Back
I love superframe. I'd love to be able to say, "Hey Portal, go back!"
Sometimes it displays a photo that I want to remember/see where/when it was taken and by the time I get over to Portal it's moved on to the next photo.
I did realize I can touch and slide back, which is okay.

Hey portal, turn on/off bluetooth
Portal connects to home audio or wireless headphones over bluetooth but to navigate through all the settings to turn on or off bluetooth when i want to use headphones/inbuilt speaker is super clunky

Stop or Pause radio command
There is no voice command to stop or pause playback on iheartradio or browser radio. forcing you to walk over to the device and navigate menus to pause music. :-(

Thanks for your suggestion. I looked into this and I believe"Hey Portal – pause the music" and “Hey Portal – resume the music” should accomplish what you’re looking for when you have iheartradio music playing. Please let us know if those commands work for you!
