2. Take a picture

   I have a portal tv. It would be nice to take a photo or screenshot. This thing has an awesome camera but it doesn’t take photos which is crazy. Especially for large family photos, it would be great.

3. Portal account instead of Facebook account

   We should be able to creat some kind of generic Portal account instead of using a personal facebook account for the whole household. I’m not the only user why should my Facebook be the one linked?

4. Ability to change the wake word

   We have our entire house covered by multiple Echo devices ( six so far) so we can control the house from anywhere. All the devices have one wake word. Because the portal does not allow the wake word change I have two devices next to each other to perform all functions. I don’t want to change all the devices to Alexa to match the portal because when we had that as a wake word before and it responded to too many similar words.

6. Allow Removal of Ads on Portal TV Home Screen

   I've already paid for the Portal TV (which means that it isn't being subsidized). So why is it that I have to see ads placed on my Portal TV home screen, like: Amazon Prime, ********, Spotify, etc.

   Give the user the ability to remove the ads that are of zero interest.

10. Ability to go live in Facebook groups and go to manual mode while going live on Facebook to show whole body.

    My wife and I purchased to help with live fitness videos for Facebook live. To stream to a group we created would be helpful instead of adding each individual. Also the manual mode would help with being able to see our whole body while doing the workout instead of just the top half.

12. I want a more robust browser that at least supported viewing PDFs

16. Recording Voice for Better Voice Recognition Especially for People with Abnormal Speech

    The Portal should have a setting to record your voice for better voice recognition. I have cerebral palsy and it doesn't recognize my voice even though it does for others with "normal" speech.

    Can you make a software update to include "Picture in Picture" with Live TV? We would love to be able to share watching a football game with family across the country. So our family member appears on one side of the tv, and live TV on the other side, and we watch it together.

18. Disable Facebook watch

    Can you disable the app Facebook watch or give us the choice? I would love to have a kid safe device as much as possible but this is not able to happen with Facebook watch permanently on there. This goes for all apps. Thank you

    Be able to start a call on WhatsApp via a mobile device that is connected to the portal and is currently on the same WiFi network. Then be able to push that call to the portal screen of your choice (if you have more than 1 in the house) so you can continue the call but have your hands free to do things.

    Also be able to do it the other way round, i.e. make a WhatsApp call on the portal and push the call to the mobile device so people can leave the house and still be on a call.
